By accessing or using the DRAIS platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.
These terms apply to all users of the platform, including but not limited to school administrators, teachers, students, parents, and other authorized users. Your school or educational institution must have a valid subscription agreement with Xhenvolt for you to access the platform.
Important: These terms constitute a legally binding agreement. Please read them carefully before using DRAIS.
The Digital Resource Administration and Information System software, including all associated websites, applications, services, and features provided by Xhenvolt.
Any educational organization that has entered into a subscription agreement with Xhenvolt to use DRAIS for their school management needs.
Any individual authorized by an Educational Institution to access and use the DRAIS platform.
Any data or information input, uploaded, or generated through the use of DRAIS, including student records, grades, attendance, and other school-related information.
DRAIS provides comprehensive school management software designed to help educational institutions streamline their operations, manage student information, and improve educational outcomes.
Service Availability: We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but may occasionally need to perform maintenance. We will provide advance notice of scheduled downtime.
User accounts are created and managed by your educational institution's authorized administrators. Individual users cannot directly create accounts without institutional approval.
DRAIS must be used solely for legitimate educational and administrative purposes. You agree to use the platform responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or termination:
Payment terms are established through separate subscription agreements between Xhenvolt and educational institutions. Individual users do not have direct payment obligations.
We may suspend or terminate your access to DRAIS immediately, without prior notice, for:
Upon termination, your right to access DRAIS ceases immediately. Your institution may export their data within 90 days of termination, after which data may be deleted according to our retention policy.
DRAIS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xhenvolt's total liability for any claims arising from or related to DRAIS shall not exceed the amount paid by your institution for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Important: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
